Who Presents?
Programs are instructed by a professional speaker and trainer. The benefits of these programs multiply when you train your entire team, department, or association. We will provide comprehensive instruction to meet your needs by customizing the material to include corporate goals, philosophies, or mission.
Schedule the training when and where you need it. We will accommodate your learning schedule providing full day or half-day programs based on your needs. Our trainer Cynthia Krosky surprised one company by providing the Leadership Series to employees on the night shift, which had her programs starting at 3 AM. This helped to keep down company cost and showed employees that this program really was for them, as it was done at their convenience not the trainers.
Customization
A pre-program questionnaire will assist us in assuring that the program requested is the right fit for the objectives identified. This brochure contains only the most requested programs. Another program or combination of programs may better meet your needs. Together we can design a program that fits your specific needs and compliment prior training that you have already offered. Effective training helps anchor information learned with new information being acquired so that the new information is more easily applied. Participants see the continuity and compliment of information being received and discourages compartmentalizing learning. Click HERE to contact us today!
Need Continuing Education Credits or Units?
Let us know what is needed to earn credits for courses, and we will do our best to accommodate this request. Achieving Corporate Excellence, Inc., has been a HRCI approved provider in the past and will gladly work with you on submitting information for obtaining HRCI credits. Please advise us if the program is intended for CE’s or CEU’s and we will do our best to provide the necessary documentation so that your organization of association can submit the program for credits.
Who Should Attend?
Do you need to improve managerial skills that work across a diverse workforce? Most often, these programs are attended by managers, new administrators, human resource personnel, etc.
What is to be Learned?
Participants explore leadership and themselves as existing or emerging leaders. In each course, participants will assess various skills of their leadership examining competencies, as well as, attributes that relate to becoming an effective leader within their organization. Leading people requires self-control and encourages personal and professional growth for all. Great supervisors eagerly take on this responsibility, as they serve as a role model for all. As a conclusion to each course, participants create a Leadership Action Plan to further enhance their leadership development.
