When we are continually asking for people to do more it is important that we give time and energy to help rebuild them. Many team members are tired and are unaware of default patterns they have developed that prevent them from being present and available to listen. This program provides some strategies for helping team members to reconnect and to know that they are cared for, appreciated and valued as well as moving the team in a positive forward direction of people will believe it after it is repeated once or twice.
